Half Day Mediation

Full Day Mediation

Fees
From 1 July 2026, the fees will be $3,750 plus GST for a half-day mediation (2 parties) and $5,250 plus GST for a full-day mediation (2 parties).
Additional charges may apply for a mediation with 3 or more parties.
Commencement Times
Full day mediations commence at 10 am.
Half day meditations commence at 9 am or 2 pm and are up to 4 hours in duration.
Travel
Accommodation and travel will be charged at cost for mediations conducted outside of the Sydney metropolitan area.
Online
Mediations can be conducted online via MS Teams and Zoom if required.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the applicable rate will be charged if the mediation is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date for the mediation.
